Who is Civitas for?

Does it prepare tax forms?
Civitas prepares and calculates the forms (income tax, VAT, corporate tax) from your accounting data. Electronic filing with the tax authority is being integrated progressively; ask us about the current status.
Does it include payroll and labour?
Yes. Civitas manages payroll, contracts and your clients' staff within the same platform.
Can my clients log in?
Yes. The client portal lets each client view and submit documents and returns from their own access, without sharing other clients' data.
Where is the data stored?
In the EU (Frankfurt), with encryption in transit and at rest and GDPR compliance by design.
