What everyone
asks.

Does Conexus replace my current software or sit on top?
It replaces it. Conexus substitutes your current school management solution, be it a school ERP, standalone apps or classic spreadsheets. Not an add-on.
Do families have to pay anything?
No. The family portal is included in the school's rate at no extra cost. Families access it from their browser with nothing to install.
How is family RGPD consent managed?
Conexus includes a category-based consent module. Each family grants or revokes consent from the family portal. You can see each student's status.
Can I message all families in a class?
Yes. You can broadcast messages to a full class, a group or individual families. Every message is logged in the student's history.
Where is the school data hosted?
In the European Union: database on Neon (Frankfurt), application hosting on Railway (EU West). AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. 99.5% monthly SLA.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No lock-in. Sign up and cancel whenever you want. If you leave, export all your data in open formats at no cost.
