Is Nexum for any type of law firm?
Yes. Nexum is built for law firms of any size and speciality. The case, document and client structure adapts to any area of law.
Does the electronic signature have legal validity?
Yes. Nexum implements qualified eIDAS signatures, fully legally valid across the European Union. Each signature generates a PDF evidence certificate.
How does AML/KYC compliance work?
When onboarding a client, Nexum guides you through the mandatory fields: beneficial owner, risk level and due diligence measures. Without these, the client cannot be linked to a case.
What is the Chinese wall?
It restricts case access to assigned users only. A lawyer working on one case cannot see other colleagues' cases unless explicitly assigned.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union: database on Neon (Frankfurt), application hosting on Railway (EU West). AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit. 99.5% monthly SLA.
Is there a minimum commitment?
