Does Patrimo comply with Spanish tenancy law (LAU)?
Yes. Patrimo applies LAU rules for renewal periods (arts. 9-10: 5 years for natural persons, 7 for legal entities, plus 3 tacit), for CPI rent reviews and for expiry alerts.
Can I manage several landlord-clients?
Yes. The multi-client portfolio module lets an advisory firm manage the properties and contracts of multiple landlord-clients from a single account, with individual KPIs per client.
Can the landlord view their portfolio directly?
Yes. Patrimo includes a read-only portal so the landlord can check their properties, units, contracts and payment status without having to call the advisor.
How is the rent update calculated?
Patrimo includes a simulator that applies the CPI index entered against the current rent and calculates the next review date from the contract start date.
How much does it cost?
